Quay Canine's home boarding service will keep your family dog happy and safe so you can enjoy your time away, without the need to worry.
Quay Canine is proud to be able to offer a luxury dog home boarding service from their base on the Isle of Anglesey, in Red Wharf Bay.
Each dog is welcomed into the family home and has the opportunity to have their own space, or interact with the other residents. During the day, overnight guests can enjoy the one and a half acres of secure woodland for exploring and the option to visit one of Anglesey's beautiful dog friendly beaches, only a few minutes walk away.
All dogs that come and visit for the day or stay with us must be up to date with their vaccinations, & a copy of an up to date vaccination certificate provided on arrival.
We also offer a pick up & drop off service, the price depending on your exact location & requirements. Please enquire for further details.
If you would like to get in touch with any further questions or to check availability, please get in contact.
Check in & out times
Monday to Friday
8.30am - 11.00 am
3.30pm - 4.30pm
Anything outside of these hours is by prior arrangement only
We would also appreciate either a phone call or text prior to your arrival, and the estimated drop off & collection time, thank you. We will then come & meet you at the gate.
Meet & Greet Session
We always recommend a meet & greet session prior to commencement of any daycare sessions or home boarding. This is so we can get to know you & your dog, & to ensure that you are both happy with what you find. The session is complimentary & by appointment only.
Acceptance requirements for Daycare & Home Boarding
An up-to-date veterinary vaccination record must be presented on arrival to show that your dog(s) are fully vaccinated. Whilst it is not mandatory for our canine guests, Quay Canine recommends that your dog has the kennel cough vaccine. Please ensure that up-to-date vaccinations have been completed at least 14 days before arrival.
Vaccines used must be licensed for use in the UK. Homeopathic vaccination is not acceptable.
If there is evidence of external parasites such as fleas, ticks or lice, the dog must be treated with an appropriate product authorised by the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD) and licensed for use in the UK. Treatment must be discussed with a vet before giving it to the dog. The owner must consent to this.
